I like pretty much any biscuit that has cream in it, or jam. Sainsbury's used to make a very tasty stem ginger biscuit coated with dark chocolate and I loved those. I love the little caramelised biscuits that you sometimes get with coffee, and also the little amaretti biscuits too. And it's hard to beat plain chocolate digestives. As far as...I mostly agree with you about Rich Teas. As far as I'm aware, they only exist so that dieters can trick themselves into thinking they can still eat biscuits. Put something on top of them, however, and they're quite nice: the chocolate ones are tasty with a cuppa, and you can't beat a Rich Tea covered in icing with silver balls on top. A real school fete special!<br /><br />As for my faves? Never been a huge biscuit person, but I do like anything with currants in it so have a strange preference for those 'squished fly' biscuits that are really just shortcakes with currants.
