I used to love drizzling that over my roast lamb. <br />Haven't bought lamb this year - the online delivery was only offering small-medium joints and we'll be 9 adults and 3 children for Easter Sunday lunch this year. I went for roast beef instead. Pity - I'll have to wait to try out your lovely recipe.
