Vegan Black Metal Chef

We love vegan food here at Domestic Sluttery - partly because veg isn't going to clog up our arteries in the same way as, say, a ton of cheese and beef will *sigh*.

But you know what's been missing in our vegan-loving lifes so far?

So much for Eurovision!

I don't know about you, but I am NEVER cooking to Radio 4 again, only to my own personal black metal cook-a-long band. Also, I would like some of those death metal arm knives he's using to stir his sauces.

New at Ikea (fluffy cats, mostly)

The new Ikea advert has had everyone excited this week (and I love, look at the cuteness!) but there's also some very lovely things to buy this season as well. I'm not all about that cats, honest. Although I have watched that advert four times. In the last ten minutes.


Lovely butterfly stickers (admittedly not very wintery, but they'd look great on a bathroom wall). And they're just £4.99.


I very rarely eat real fruit, so I'll buy this fake fruit basket instead. It's £9.99 and I'm loving the watermelon slice.


Stripes, flowers, cuddly. This cushion is just £14.99.

Can I go back to watching the cats now?

Bunny cafes!

I am a big fan of tea and cake and there's loads of great cafes in Blightly, but I do kinda wish we had bunny cafes like this one in Japan. It's even BYOB (that's Bring your own bunny). Everything about this makes me happy. Who do we speak to about this? Maybe The Ritz could do a bunny afternoon tea?
