I've never really gone in for
passport covers. You have to take them off when you go through passport control, which kind of defeats the object of having them. And they're not the kind of item that needs a cover. But I can't help but like this Penguin design cover. The iconic
Penguin designs are so eye-catching, I'd never lose my passport again*.
The book cover they've chosen is perfectly apt, and makes me think of long road trips across Europe. It's only £12.90 from
Amazon, but if you want one you're going to hurry - there are only three in stock.
*That's a fib.
2 in stock now :-) thanks for the find!
ReplyDeletePassport covers are pretty pointless most of the time, but if you ever go on a long trip, or somewhere particularly hot/dusty, I'd say get one. My last passport got pretty worn out over time having been lugged about in a backpack. I got told off at passport control for it once. Hoping that this one will keep my new passport looking shiny!
Crazy! I saw these in Foyles books yesterday and lusted after them! No doubt cheaper on Amazon but if they sell out, at least Foyles is a good back up....
ReplyDeleteWhat a coincidence, Claire! Just as well, too - there's only one left on Amazon now.
