I haven't had a porn star martini in ages. Because I don't remember the end of the evening last time I had one. But, as a cocktail in their own right, they're yummy. The champagne chaser is a bit of a pretentious touch, but you can't help but enjoy it. Just make sure you don't enjoy more than five in one evening.You'll need these things:
- 50ml vanilla vodka
- 25ml passionfruit liqueur,
- 10ml passionfruit puree
- 1tsp vanilla sugar
- fresh passionfruit to garnish
- 50ml champagne
And you'll need to do these things:
Mix everything apart from the champagne in a cocktail shaker, pour into a martini glass. Garnish with the fresh passionfruit.
Fill a shot glass with the champagne. Serve along side the martini.
Drink five, dance on tables, fall over.
