I've been wanting to go to Bake-a-boo since forever. But they're aaaaaaall the way over in Hampstead. Lucky West Londoners. I'm jealous. But! At our birthday party, the lovely people at Bake-a-boo shared some of their cakes with us and our guests. Yay!
Unfortunately, all this has made me do is think about my next trip to West London so I can pop in. These are seriously good cupcakes. Not just good, but pretty too! Mini cupcakes are made to be pretty, and these certainly were. I turned my back for five minutes and all of the mini cakes had gone. Dammit. You've got to grab cakes quickly around Domestic Sluts.
Bake-a-boo is a wonderful little tea room and they have a fab looking Easter afternoon tea on at the moment. it runs until 9th April and for £16.50 you'll get mini sandwiches, scones and some of their yummy cupcakes. There's even a kiddies version as well.
I don't care how far away Bake-a-boo is. They're worth the trip.
Bake-a-boo is at 86 Mill Lane, West Hampstead. The nearest tube is in fact, West Hampstead, but you could walk from Kilburn too.
