I discovered these Smart Women Mark Their Words Bookplates a while ago and have given dozens as gifts. Each pack includes 32 bookplates, half in aqua blue and half in lime green. And they're a bargain too, costing just £2.50 from Tatty Devine.
I've only just found this Pride & Prejudice Bunting by Nellie and Elsie at Not on the High Street, but I'll be buying myself some to decorate my office. (On the subject of bunting, I also discovered this Charlie & Lola biscuit garland. I love Lauren Child's Charlie & Lola books and I love biscuits. Win!)
Finally, if I'm going to *be* bookish, I might as well smell bookish ("like an English satire from the 1970s" apparently) with this 'Paperback' Perfume from The Literary Gift Company.

ReplyDeleteThanks for the ideas. I love the thought of smelling like a book!
My dad always puts bookplates in his books too - I really should get into that.
