Design Porn: 'Cross' Medicine cabinet at Heals
'Flu season is upon us, and for the house-proud this yearly epidemic spells not only weeks of fever chills and misery, but also the prospect of a home that's littered with pills, medicine bottles and other ugly remnants of sickness. It's a uniquely depressing sight, and one that can only be cured by the application of top notch design.
Heals have come up trumps, creating this bold and stylish tin medicine cabinet that can be mounted on the bathroom wall. Featuring a large first aid cross and a lock and key for safekeeping of pharmaceuticals, it's a chic and eye-catching way to keep all your medical essentials tidy. Unsurprisingly though, it's been sold out for weeks.
On a recent visit to the Tottenham Court Road branch I was informed that new stock is due in the store any day now, but that there's been a supply problem with both versions of the cabinet which have proven exceptionally popular, so you'll need to act fast if you like them.
£45 (any day now!) at Heals.
