Design Porn: Wild & Wolf at John Lewis

Oh, John Lewis. J Lew. JL. Sigh. You make it easy for me to pretend to be looking at cool clothes when actually I'm poring over casserole dishes (as one of the more elderly Sluts, I think it's only befitting that I now prefer Teasmaids to thongs). The brilliance of the most reliable of department stores is that, increasingly, their stock is ever more quirky and ace. Wild & Wolf is a great new range inspired by typewriter love, retro cartoons, British heritage and Charlie and Lola. Phew.

Whether this tin of Beano print plasters will end up on your knee, your boyfriend's knee or your little one's knee, it's £3.95 for something that'll make even an injured type smile.

Personally, I don't really see the point in passport holders, but perhaps I'd change my mind if I had this Frenchily pretty one? It certainly would make the EasyJet queue seem ever so slightly glam...

The best range are in store, but sadly not on the J Lew site. The blokey black and red QWERTY range is for all us keyboard lovers, and although this soft as anything wallet might not be girly, but it's ever so pretty.

So whether I'm feeling boyish or frilly and feminine, Wild & Wolf has something for every mood.

  1. problem with all the really cute novelty plasters is they don't come in hypoallergenic.

I just wish they'd do them as hypoallergenic as standard, then more people could buy them, since I've yet to hear of anyone allergic to the hypoallergenic gum.

  2. I love cute little tins. So I can't wait to use up the plasters, and then I have another little tin to fill with something useless but essential!
