How sexy is this chair?
Verner Panton designed it in 1959 and apparently it stopped traffic in New York when it was displayed in a shop window. Which is understandable when you look at it. If I had very shiny, very swishy hair, this would be the perfect chair to spin around in swishing my hair. Possibly while drinking a martini. It looks like a martini drinking chair and they can only be a good thing.
The Heart chair is available from Blue Sun Tree with prices starting from £349. I'm tempted to go and visit them just to sit in it. I wonder if they'd notice if I snuck a martini in....
