This is the second Victoria Sponge item we've featured this week. Apparently they're making a bit of a comeback. So if you don't fancy making a Cakewich, how about a Victorian Surprise cake? Spotted by Lisa on our Facebook page, this baking tray set from Lakeland has a little secret.
It looks like a normal cake, but the yummy creamy filling is hidden away until you cut through it! How clever. You can use just one of the cake tins to make the perfect flan base too.
And if you want a traditional cake, just leave out the raised bases. The set of two cake tins is £19.99. Pricier than normal cake tins, but they do so much more. And your cakes will hide secrets. Really tasty secrets.
