Good Things Come In Threes: Regency Cake Tins

I must admit, I get a bit giddy at the sight of a pretty tin - it's one of the many slightly tragic quirks I've inherited from my mother. I have far too many of them already - I use them to store everything from tea-lights to buttons to biscuits. They're just so much prettier than most storage, not to mention rattlier.

So when I saw this set of three Regency cake tins you can imagine my delight. The patterns are so dainty without being too twee, and at £6.95 for all three from dotcomgiftshop they're a little bit irresistible. Plus you can even store them inside each other, although personally I wouldn't want to hide their prettiness away.

Now all I have to do is decide what to store inside them. I think that sounds like the perfect excuse to bake a cake. Or three.
