Kelly Brook at New Look
New Look are my lingerie secret. I'm not one for cheap underwear. Ever since I spent an entire English exam being stabbed by a piece of rogue underwire, I've been fussy about my smalls - the scar has only just faded after six years. Usually cheap underwear is flimsy and made with scratchy scratchy lace. It also tends to fall apart after a couple of washes. I've learnt my lesson.
But New Look is different. Despite being one of the cheaper brands on the high street and somewhere I rarely buy dresses from, their lingerie rocks my socks. Especially the Kelly Brook range. That navy bra is £12.99. That's such good value for something well made that goes well into larger sizes.
Less than thirteen quid for sexy smalls that actually fit and do their job properly. So impressed, New Look. Nice work.
So glad someone else has noticed this! One of my favourite and most comfortable 'ever-day' bras is from New Look- it's lasted me a good couple of years now of constant wear.
ReplyDeleteYou've inspired me to go and buy some more :)
I just got a couple of the KB bras - they are actually well constructed for bigger cup sizes too. Hooray!
ReplyDeletei've been ogling the KB ranges from afar, but being a little wary of cheap smalls i hadn't ventured in to buy any, but I shall now take the plunge.
ReplyDeleteHeh, 'plunge'! Do take a look, Maria. I'm really surprised by how brilliant their range is.
DeleteI may venture in, as they do look pretty. Though I can't buy bras (from anywhere other than Bravissimo) without ending up sobbing in changing rooms - 30F's aren't often catered for...
ReplyDeleteIf memory serves the do a 30F, Pops. They're pretty good at doing small backs and large cups. It's not quite Bravissimo quality, but then for that price I wouldn't expect it to be.
