Shoe Porn: Irregular Choice Bolshy

Irregular Choice Bolshy (and that's not even the best name on the site at the moment)

I really like Irregular Choice, but their invention occasionally borders on the difficult to wear. When I browse their (marvellous) website it's generally with a hand half-clamped over my eyes going "Aaaooorrgh, why have they done that to heels?"

These ones, though, I absolutely adore. I'm a big fan of wine, both in general and as a colour, and I love the metallic snakeskin and dark leather that have been swirled into the suede.

Also, regardez-vous the toe:

It's round! Precisely zero cramming-in of toes and minimal foot damage. The Bolshy is a fairly eyewatering £84.99 but...but I want it. And it goes up to a 9, another reason I love Irregular Choice.

  1. Gosh, I quite like these. I don't mean to sound so surprised, but I think I hat almost every other pair of IC shoes - only ever seen a couple of exceptions. I do like the sister brand Poetic License - they're still interesting but a little less 'OMG EYEBALLS ON HIGH HEELS'.
