Design Porn: Michelle Mason London Rugs

London looks crap right now. Usually it's blimmin' gorgeous, but if it's pouring with rain and gets grey and miserable very quickly. Stamping in puddles, cars driving past really quickly and drenching you (this has happened to me twice in the last week), getting poked in the eye with brolly spikes, no one is smiling.

I'm smiling at these Michelle Mason rugs. This is what London should look like right now!

Look at the happy dogs, in the SUNSHINE. Remember that? We had some over the weekend.

This night scene is definitely my favourite. It reminds me of being stuck in inexplicable 2am traffic whooshing through London on a night bus when I should almost certainly be in bed already.

The rugs are 100% wool, but they certainly aren't cheap at £350 each from The Gifted Penguin. But you can head over to Michelle Mason's shop and get the London designs on cushions and tea towels as well. Maybe by the time I've chosen what I want to buy, London will be looking a little less drab.
