Dream dress: Bimba & Lola Beauties

I have a serious soft spot for Spanish style, whether it's colourful crockery from Zara or amazing patterns from Nice Things. My latest Spanish crush is Bimba & Lola who must clothe the most stylish senoritas. Their dress selection is stunning. It's slightly pricier than Zara or Mango, but an awful lot of it seems to be on sale. It's got brilliant patterns, great shapes and even some ostriches.

This star dress has got a very demure shape which contrasts excellently with its kick-ass pattern. It's stellar. It's also currently reduced to £82.

This is what a wafty dress should look like: a sexily cut top and then a gorgeous floaty skirt. This is the most expensive of the bunch at £132 but I reckon you could wear it for years to come without it looking dated.

And here are the ostriches and they are brilliant (perhaps ostriches may become the new flamingos?). Love the flapper style-sophistication paired up with the ridiculousness of the birds. This is £78.

No gimmicks on this one, this yellow flowers dress simply is very pretty indeed. It's £90 but will guarantee you'll look blooming marvellous. Now we only have to hope we get some of that Spanish sunshine over here, so we can wear all our lovely new dresses.

  1. Oh, how I wish I could wear flapper dresses (very Great Gatsby of you). They are not friends with hips.

    Also, ostriches over flamingos? No.
