Polish Up Your Pottery

Despite living in an area with a large Polish population, I know very little about Poland apart from the 'polski produkty' you get in the corner shop. Mainly odd pickled things in jars and Nutella flavoured chocolate biscuits. I wish they sold more of this lovely pottery stuff though. Thankfully Blue Dot Pottery do. I love this pattern.

I'm still ignoring all the rain and dreaming of eating luscious salads outside. Quite clearly, I need this bowl to serve them in. It is gorgeously summery and pretty enough to use as a fruit bowl in between salads. It's £25.95.

I'm not entirely sure what a celebration plate is but my gran had something similar in shape to serve the Christmas turkey on. Why not celebrate every roast dinner by serving it up on this? Or fill it with cake. Or sandwiches. Or Party Rings - that would be a plate worth celebrating. The celebration plate is £34.95
