I use little silicone cupcake moulds so it's easy to release the chocolate once its set. You can pick them up from most pound shops where you can usually buy lollipop sticks and wooden kebab skewers too. You don't have to use a stick at all but it's going to be a scorcher (hopefully, fingers and toes crossed) this weekend so it helps avoid really chocolatey fingers.
You'll need:
- strawberries
- raspberries
- blueberries
- white chocolate
Slice your strawberries into halves (or quarters if they are big) and put some of the fruit into your silicone cups. Melt your white chocolate, fill the moulds then add more fruit on top and your wooden sticks. Pop them in the fridge to set.
Of course you don't need to use silicone moulds at all, you could just use a gingerbread cutter on top of some cling film and make Naked Choc Peeps...
Like the naughty bunting, these may not be entirely appropriate for a Jubilee tea party at the village hall though!
These look amazing.
ReplyDeleteI put popping candy into a few of them :)
