Design Porn: Kathleen Hills

You will definitely have seen Kathleen Hill's design products around. Perhaps even without realising they were all designed by her. As always with interiors that I get smitten about, she takes something simple and adds a flash of colour and a quirky little something.

I do so like these cups and mugs. Nothing bad about a touch of pattern and colour on simple stuff - it goes with everything.

See? It works on everything. I covet these plates so hard.

I don't use sugar cubes (actually, as I have half a sugar in my tea, I hate them), but I love this. Surprise pattern is the best kind of pattern.

It's all yummy. This little breakfast set isn't as bold as the one I wrote about earlier, but it's very pretty nonetheless.

And it goes very well with these teapots. Handy, that.

That pattern on the right? That's my favourite out of all of them.

Kathleen is known for her ornamental pieces and lighting, but I'm so taken with her ceramics. Price start around £20 and they'll make your house instantly more colourful while you sit around and drink tea.

  3. As lovely as they are and, they are lovely. I'm saving up to buy her vintage tea light with glass shade. I heart them, a lot.
