Double Merrick at the Keep Calm Gallery

You might be sick of Keep Calm and Carry On and its variations being stamped all over everything, but the Keep Calm Gallery is a different story entirely. Sure, there are loads of the prints that made them a household name, but they also stock Sluttery favourites like Dominic Clifford and Chase & Wonder.

They also stock Double Merrick's prints, and I'm rather taken with the space and planet designs (especially La Lune). Double Merrick is a 'nom de print' or Merrick Angle, a British Illustrator who found himself living in rural France, being inspired by classroom wallcharts and 50s science experiments.

The prints are £50 each, and they're a nice change from the bold typography slogans that Keep Calm are so famous for. Take a look at the Keep Calm Gallery, Double Merrick is just the tip of a very pretty iceberg.
