Top Ten Fudge and Caramel recipes

It seems that we want to smother you all in caramel, fudge and toffee. We've gone absolutely crazy for the stuff recently, so it's high time we did a round up of our favourite fudge and caramel recipes, just in time for Christmas.

White chocolate and pistachio fudge. Sweet, salty, pretty damn tasty. And you can make it in the same time it takes to make a cuppa.

No cook fudge. Sara is so lazy, sometimes she can't even be bothered to cook her fudge.

Beer fudge. Yep, you heard. Be careful with the beer quantities when you make this. It's the only time that more beer is not better. If you're after something more festive, then you need our Mince pie fudge. It's little squares of Christmas.

Choc mint fudge. Make twice as much. Half of this won't become presents, half of it will go in your mouth.

Toffee Brittle Hearts. Not feeling the love? Smash them into smithereens!

Millionaire's mud cake. This is one heck of a caramel cake. Or you could go for our boozy toffee apple cake instead.

Banoffee Baked Alaska. It would be remiss of us to compile a toffee and caramel list without a mention of banoffee. This baked alaska is a twist on the traditional banoffee pie.

Chocolate, salted caramel and ginger muffins. We'd put salted caramel on everything if we could.

Salted Caramel Sauce (pictured). See? Just pour it over everything in your life. Not the cat. Don't pour it over the cat. Put it in our Caramel Cup recipe and get some booze in you.

Sea salt caramel popcorn. It's like crack. We apologise in advance for your forthcoming addiction (we don't).
