Design Porn: Foekje Fleur Bottle Vases

These might look like bottles of bleach and cleaning fluid, but they're actually a little fancier than than a bottle of Mr Muscle. They're porcelain bottle vases designer by Foekje Fleur.

The vases are actually made form waste from the Duutch Maas River, but then cast in porcelain. They're signed and waterproofed (handy, since you're probably going to put daffs in them).

I love them. Now the bottles are in pastel colours with no bold labels on, they're elegant and the lines look rather lovely. This is the sort of upcycled design that really does it for me.

You can buy direct from the Foekje Fleur website (for around €27), but if you fancy getting direct in the UK then be patient - Do Shop (I featured them a little earlier) had some in stock recently. Or, check out the Esty shop - it's a little easier to search than the website.
