The Tom Collins is a poorly overlooked drink. And so much easier to drink than it's cousin the gin 'n' tonic. It's rare that you'll even see it on a cocktail menu these days which is a travesty. Because once you've had one, G'n'T rarely tastes as nice.
You'll need:- 50ml Gin
- 25 ml lemon juice
- 1 tsp sugar
- Soda Water
Shake the gin, lemon and sugar in your cocktail shaker. Then pour over ice. Top the glass up withe soda water and give your favourite new cocktail a stir. These are very very easy to drink, so after your fourth, expect the barman to start looking much more attractive than he did when you arrived. You have been warned.
