You'll need these things:
- 75ml bubbly
- 25ml Guinness/ any other stout you happen to have left over from Christmas.
Pour the stout into a glass first (unless you want a whole mess of bubbles). Then pour the champagne into a champagne flute. Add the stout and stir. Cosy up on the sofa and be impressed that your lovely new cocktail only took five minutes to make. You can share the beer with your man/drinking companion/dog if you like. Flat Guinness doesn't work - don't try this again from the same can in half an hour.
