Event Preview: Cake and Cava at In All Her Finery

We've featured Cava and Cake, the monthly shopping evening at Didsbury's In All Her Finery before, but since May's edition is even more special than usual, we thought it was worth mentioning again.

This Thursday from 6pm until 9pm, In All Her Finery will be dishing up complimentary cava, freshly-baked homemade cupcakes, whilst shoppers browse their gorgeous wares, including items by Tatty Devine, Figs and Rouge, Vivienne Westwood and Lisbeth Dahl.

And as well as that lovely little lot, In All Her Finery are now running monthly residencies on their upper floor, with a different independent business taking over the space each time. For the next month, it will be transformed into a 21st Century Goddess photography studio by pin-up queen Kate Donavan. To celebrate, some of Donavan's Darlings will be in the shop on Thursday, modelling jewellery and generally adding some old-school Hollywood glamour to the occasion! If only we weren't stuck in stupid London...
