Top Ten: Pork Recipes

In all of its forms, pork makes me happy. There isn't a single piece of the piggy stuff that isn't brilliant (I'm also rather fond of M&S' Phizzy Pig Tails). I don't care if it's a bacon sandwich when I'm hungover or sneaking slices of parma ham from the fridge at midnight, or even a hotel dedicated to pig and all things oink. It seems you guys get just as excited about it, so here are our top ten pork recipes. Pop it in your bookmarks for when you need a little bit of inspiration.

Afelia: It's basically half a pig cooked in a bottle of red wine. Exactly what could be bad about that?

Sticky Ribs: Cheap, tasty, easy. This is Sluttery food at its best.

Char siu marinade: You like your pork treats sweet and sticky (stop sniggering at the back). And you can use this marinade to make char siu pastries.

Maple Syrup pork ribs: These are the most perfect finger food.

Honey Mustard Pork: You're going to need to buy a whole pig if you want to try all of these recipes.

Thai Pork Lettuce Cups: Mince pork often gets forgotten about, but it's so versatile and tastes fab with lots of Thai flavours.

Ma Po Tofu: More pork mince. See? Versatile.

Spicy Pork Stri Fry: You could make this for your tea tonight. It's super simple.

Teriyaki Pork Chops: This is perfect Monday food.

Bacon Bourbon: We don't just eat bacon 'round these parts. WE DRINK IT.
