Amy works in Indian ink and watercolours, and does all manner of beautiful prints and cards. Can't be arsed with flowers? Try a galactic owl.
This Amor Vincit Omnia card is the one that got my attention. It's completely gorgeous, and perfect for certain romantic occasions that might be occurring within the next month. Cost of love conquering all: £2.80.
Amy is based in Shropshire, and, as should be perfectly apparent, is hugely inspired by the gorgeous countryside around her. Her flowers are simply enchanting. I completely fell in love with this customisable illustrated letter, partly because I love personalised presents. At £16 it's a ridiculous bargain: you can choose the letter and the name. I've just ordered one for my god daughter's birthday in May because I couldn't wait.
Who do you love? Let it be this pretty love print, which comes framed for £16.
The detail in Amy's work is such a delight. I love the dots as shading, and the patterns on the tufts of the ears, and on the end of the nose. This small badger print, framed, is £12.
This woodland hare card is similarly enchanting. There's something about the choice of colours for the background and the hare, and then the simple black leaves that gives me chills.
You can find Amy and her wonderful art on Etsy, on her website and on Facebook.
I am indeed a legendary work chum, and as you can see, i have IMPECCABLE taste!!
