3D Dinosaur Cookie Cutters
The news of a new Jurassic Park film got me so damn excited (seriously, it's happening). Theme parks are excellent things, dinosaurs are even better. There's only one way to celebrate news like this: 3D DINOSAUR COOKIES.
OK, maybe there are probably other ways. Rawwwwwr! (Have we ever written a piece about dinosaurs without going 'rawwwwr'? No.)
This is what your little dino guys will look like before you've put them together. They're like a prehistoric version of Laura's gingerbread houses. Now I'm thinking that we should have got her making 3D dino templates instead.
Yes, Steggy! You're totally the best one. I'll make you have fights with Mr. Gingerbread Triceratops (esq).
You can buy these from SUCK UK where they'll send you a random pack (dinosaur surprise!) for £7.50. You'll soon be able to order specific packs from Firebox. I shall soon be recreating JP on my kitchen counter. If they look like they're winning, I'll just bite their heads off.

So awesome!
ReplyDeleteSwitch off the interwebs. We have everything we need now.
ReplyDeleteYou might be right. I just did myself out of a job.
DeleteIf you're recreating the film at home, you'll need the lo-fi version of the soundtrack too. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-w-58hQ9dLk
ReplyDeleteI like the first picture best, where it looks like the dinosaur is doing an embarrassingly enthusiastic dance at a disco, and the three mean dinosaurs in the background are all "hey girl, it might be time for some quiet time and a pint of water."
ReplyDeleteSara, are you projecting?
DeleteI identify strongly with the enthusiastic dinosaur, that's all I'm saying.
DeleteOH MY. I need these for me! I mean, I need these for the children I babysit....
