At a BBQ recently, some of the Domestic Sluts found themselves eating whiskey coated BBQ-ed pineapple. I'm never going to eat normal pineapple again. Nope, from now on it has to be coated in booze or it's just not good enough. But then I discovered the Saratoga cocktail and that sounds almost as good as the real thing. Certainly much less hassle.
You'll need:- 5oml Brandy
- 1 tsp pineapple juice
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp cherry liqueur
- dash of bitters
Shake it!Shake all of the ingredients over ice and then strain into a cocktail glass. The drink is definitely best enjoyed in the sunshine. While a lovely man burns some burgers for you and your friends.
