Hippopotaplug!

I have a confession to make - I don't really like baths. I like the idea of them but once I've gone to the trouble of running one, once I'm in there I get a bit bored then get irritated that I've wasted at least half an hour of effort to sit in water that's a bit too hot for five minutes. Rubbish.

Maybe it's because I don't have anyone to talk to. Now you'll think I'm mental but I would totally talk to this little hippo. Look at his little hippo ears! They're silly. He wouldn't answer you back either. He's not just there to keep you company either, he's useful in that he's a plug. Brilliant. Better than a real hippo - they're a bit big and dangerous to chat to in the bath.

  1. I'm with you on baths too. Ten minutes in and I'm bored and wanna get out.

  3. You're just not bathing right. You need - 1. good music. 2. a good complex bath product - not your regular off the shelf stuff, but a bubble bar from Lush, or two or three mixed together to make a scent you love, 3. something good for scrubbing with, 4. good lighting - bright lights ruin it, 4. company! I have the boat map bath plug, don't know if they do it any more, but it is laaaahvely. More bath advice available on request! ;)

  4. Ooooh no. Really not a fan of Lush - smells far to strong. I'm really much more a fan of having a long shower, and then snuggling up by the fire in my PJs with a book and a cuppa.
