As it's National Cupcake Week, I'm obviously taking the time to eat as much cake as possible. It's the rules, isn't it? But, there is too much cake for me to decide which is my favourite. At the moment, I've got a bit of a thing about traditional cakes. Coffee and walnut, Victoria Sponge, they're all getting me excited. But it's cupcake week, the Victoria Sponge will just have to wait. Instead, we want you guys to tell us what your favourite cupcakes are.
If you're lucky, Miss Cay might even whip up a recipe for the most popular.

ReplyDeleteAs to a favourite cupcake, I suppose I'd go for lemon with a lemon drizzle icing, or carrot & peacan with a cream cheese icing. Fairly classic again, but reliable to produce delicious results.
HAVE to go with pumpkin spiced cupcakes with a cream cheese icing glaze, especially with fall upon us!
