A tiny dash of...
I'm a kind of splash everything in, kind of baker. I've been baking for a while now, and most of the time, I get it just about right. But some of you hate it when I write in my recipes 'a tiny dash of something or other'. And I can see your point. So, for all of you who are sticklers for exact measurements and getting things just so, here's a little mini measurer from Pedlars. One will cost you £4.50 and everything will be measured perfectly from now on.

I have one of these and love it lots and it works wonders.
ReplyDeleteI have one too and use it all the time. Saves the faff of using measuring spoons.
