Hey Sailor!

We're no strangers to sailor themed dresses here at Domestic Sluttery HQ, but Hey Sailor! don't have so much as a sniff of a naval stripe. Instead, they're a new Glaswegian shop full of accessories to brighten up your life, from necklaces to bags to vintage tea sets. Their website is immensely cheering as they just seem to be having a lovely time, especially in their giddy Instagram pictures. Let's get involved.

'Summer in jewellery form' say Hey Sailor! of this pretty floral bracelet, and they're not wrong. The enamel flowers in blue, yellow and coral add a bright reminder of summer days that will sustain you through to Christmas. And it's only £10.

This is Daisy The Delightful Ring. She's definitely a delicate Daisy Buchanan rather than a brassy Daisy Duke. She'll perch daintily on your finger for the princely sum of £6.

You will feel like a classy lady with this red and polka dot bag, even if you're just going down Nando's for half a chicken and some spicy rice. At £22 it's not leather, but its got a structured finish that will be very easy to wipe peri-peri sauce off (go extra-hot or go home).

It's not just clothes - Hey Sailor! have vintage homewares too, like these rose-patterned milk and sugar bowls. At £9 for the pair, you won't feel you have to save them for best - although frankly, EVERY day should be your best day. I've got a soft spot for their A Present From Newquay bowl too.

A unicorn of dreams necklace, you say? It's like you've seen into my heart, and captured its deepest desires. Worrying, this was made in the '90s and is labelled 'vintage', when surely Britpop and pagers and mood rings and CK1 were only on trend last year? It's £9 and I have enormous love for it.
