You could use bought sweet chilli sauce, or go the whole hog and make your own.
Easy Peasy Chilli Pea Prawns (serves 2)
You’ll need:
- 210g cooked prawns
- 225g sugarsnap peas, topped, tailed and stringy bits removed
- 3tbsp sweet chilli sauce
- Bring some salted water to the boil.
- Simmer the sugarsnaps for 4 minutes.
- In a separate pan, heat the chilli sauce through.
- Add the prawns to the sugarsnap water for 1 minute, just enough to heat through.
- Drain the prawns and sugarsnaps, and toss with the hot chilli sauce.
- Serve with noodles or sticky rice.
