I'm somewhat obsessed with typography and also with A-Z collections. Here are my current favourites. Most are probably unsuitable for actually teaching anyone the alphabet, but I'm sure you can remember the old 'A is for Apple' if necessary.
This splash of sunshine is from Nippaz with Attitude. It's A1 sized, limited edition and printed in NYC taxi yellow and black. £34.99. My favourite letter here is probably V is for Vinyl. Followed closely by the beatbox and O is for Old School.
"A Shiver of Sharks" is included in Woop Studios' A-Z Collective Noun Poster (see their site for full details of all the fab designs which feature). The designers behind this spent ten years doing graphic design for the Harry Potter films, so it's no surprise that there are also some wizard-themed works available on there. Also substantially pricier too, at £139, or you can buy most of the prints individually from £79.
The one that's probably going to go on my wall is this fab London-inspired collection by Laura Seaby. It's available from the Keep Calm gallery for only £28. It's got penguins on it! Sold.
Prices are for unframed prints. Most of them will fit in Ikea frames though...

That Nippaz with Attitude print is brilliant: I like the Z is for Zeitgeist, surely always the trickiest letter to pull off successfully in an A To Z?
