Win! £100 to spend at Boticca!

Happy birthday to us!
Happy birthday to us!
Happy birthday to Domestic Sluttery!
Happy birthday to us!

We're three today! Which means that we're treating ourselves to a slice of cake and a glass of bubbly (waiting for the postman who is obviously bringing us lots of presents). While we get our candles ready, we thought we'd share the birthday love and offer you presents! We're giving away £100 to spend on jewellery, handbags and accessories at Boticca.

You could choose one of the designers we've featured recently (don't make us choose between Christina Elleni and Selda Okutan) or pick something totally different. Like one of these pieces:

You could buy this Steve Harkin clutch bag.

Maybe a gorgeous crochet collar?

Or a necklace with swinging people on it? You can spend the voucher on whatever you like. Perhaps even presents for the Domestic Sluts.

You've got two chances to win the £100 voucher:
  • You can leave a comment on this post telling us what you'd spend your voucher on if you won (go on, go take a look). Leave a link so others can be nosy as well - you're a stylish bunch and there's lots of choose from!
  • You can also sign up to our newsletter (using the sign up box on the right). We're relaunching our newsletter very shortly so you'll get exclusive Sluttery directly into your inbox. You'll also get updates from Boticca about their new designers and special discounts.
Good luck, everyone! Thank you all so much for reading over the last three years. We love you more than kittens and gin.

The boring yawny small print: The competition runs until noon on Monday 19th March. You can enter if you're overseas - your prize will come in the form of an email voucher. You must enter with your name, otherwise we can't tell who you are. And if you're anon or we think you're entering multiple times, we'll cancel your entries and won't share our birthday cake with you.

I have actually shopped at Boticca, bought a pretty obi belt, and it was a really good experience.
If I won, I'd buy Dominique Mosley's scarf, as I love silk scarves and polka dots:http://boticca.com/dominiquemosley/bonbon-scarf/

  81. I would definitely buy the people on a swing necklace.
I've been going back and forth for hospital treatment the past two years and across the road from the hospital is a little park. After a particularly rough day at the hospital I got the urge for a good swing. Five minutes of going as high as I could, until my arms were aching and all the horribleness of the day was blown away and I was smiling again.
Now I often pop in there on the way to the car for a cheeky swing. Always after dark though, not sure a 31 year old in a tea dress and heels playing in the park would go down too well with the locals. Anyway, if you're feeling blue I can highly recommend a good ol' swing.
Happy birthday Domestic Sluttery! May your day be full of cake and happy stuff.

I was browsing boticca, wondering how I would ever choose just one beautiful item, and then this stopped me dead in my tracks-

NOTHING WILL EVER BE MORE AWESOME THAN AN ORIGAMI TRICERATOPS!

It's hard to express how much I need this in my life!

  105. After drooling over their archives and having to remind myself that NO, you can't buy something just because it has a nice name (I have the same problem with nailpolish), I'd say I'd choose this: http://boticca.com/jessicadelotzjewellery/initial-key-ring/, to give to my cousin who's going to be backpacking around South America for a year. It's British-made, and so so pretty. Something to remind her of home.

  108. So hard to choose, some supercool stuff right there. I think I'd go for something a bit extravagant, something I could never normally justify. I've got a hankering for this cape http://boticca.com/dusq/tout-route-feutre-cape/ it's a little crazy, but so lovely.

or maybe http://boticca.com/ware/side-cuff/ because I have stupidly tiny wrists and lament the fact I can never wear bracelets. This would be a solution.

    or maybe...

  140. I would HAVE to have the this:

    http://boticca.com/bundlemaclaren/ayshea/

My brother got married recently and told my mum she was not allowed to wear a hat. I get married in September and I've told her she can wear whatever she likes including a carmen miranda hat with fruit and an animated budgerigar if she felt so inclined. I think this might just fit the bill :-)

Being empty of wallet and skint of the purse,

A swan origami for my dearest sis?
A Dirty H satchel for my boy to call his?
Oh Hell girls let's talk frank - if I won your great prize,
My best of intentions would be blown sky high..
