Sluttery Travels: The Old Ferry House, Scotland
Oh, goodness me. Domestic Sluttery recommending you stay in a brothel. I'm totally aware of the irony, and actually rather enjoying it. The Old Ferry House used to be a house of ill repute, but now it's a lovely little holiday home on the Isle of Mull in Scotland. It's not the only cottage you can stay in in the area, but it is my favourite.
It sleeps 8-10 and you get magical views across the islands around you, and Ben Nevis on the mainland. It's pretty special.
You might even get to see dolphins and whales. And otters! Otters are the best.
I really want to go for country walks here. And make tasty food and basically spend a week reading books. This is the perfect book reading place.
Alas, while it's cheap at just £950 for a week (so just £95 per person), it's very popular. You'll have to wait until July before a week becomes available. If you want to book for next year, do it quickly.

looks lovely! and you can pop over to the very beautiful Iona too. The water is crystal clear up there, such a shame it's absolutely freezing though!
ReplyDeleteMull is beautiful! One of my favourite islands! This house looks fabulous.
