You'll need:
- One pack of Starbucks VIA Ready Brew Colombian Roast
- 1 egg white
- 30ml whipping cream
- 45ml dark rum
- 1 tblsp Green Chartreuse
- 1 tblsp simple syrup (equal parts sugar and water warmed into a syrup)
- Cream soda
- Mint sprig
- Ice
- Froth all the ingredients (except for the soda and milk), with a milk frother for about 30 seconds.
- Shake this mixture in a cocktail shaker with ice and strain into a highball glass. Or a large latte glass if you have one.
- Top up with soda and garnish with a sprig of mint and a sprinkling of coffee.
- Spent the rest of the evening being drunk and jittery with caffeine. Aces.
