The grasshopper is one of those cocktails that you either can't stand, or despite its garish green colour you can't help but love. I'm not a huge fan of mint (nope, not even mint choc chip ice cream) but I do find myself quite drawn to this cocktail. It's fun, it's a bit silly and there's enough substance in it to not get you trollied after one sip.If you fancy making your own, here's what you'll need:
- 25ml Creme de Menthe
- 25ml Creme de Cacao
- 25ml Cream
- 1 Cherry
Just shake all the liquid ingredients together and pour into a martini glass. Add the cherry and sit back and drink your weird coloured crazy cocktail. Crazy lady.
