Sale Shop in the Spotlight: Boohoo's Bargain Bags

That's not just saucy alliteration in the post title. Boohoo.com really do have some brain-boggling bargains in their January sale. And whilst I'm not often entirely convinced by their dresses and other clothing ranges, I do think they do a damn good job when it comes to shoes, bags and other accessories.

So, this might sound tenuous, but since one of my resolutions this year was to be more organised, and stop making my already little-old-lady back worse by carting around ginormous suitcase-sized handbags containing all my worldly possessions, I thought I'd investigate some less monstrously-massive bags that I could get my mitts on without splashing too much cash:

This art-deco blue beauty is now only £10, reduced from £12. And although it's small, it's versatile: the material has enough of a sheen to it that it could easily be an accessory on a glam night out, but it's not so sequinned and disco-tastic that you'll feel like a nitwit if you use it for errands during daylight hours too.

This Chanel-inspired purple patent quilted clutch has also been reduced to just £10, and would be a perfect match with the purple patent Kurt Geiger shoes we showed you last week.

Or if one little clutch bag just isn't enough for all your essentials, then how about this zebra-print shopper, which is now £10, reduced from £15. It's more swish and stylish than a plain fabric shopping bag, but still practical on those days when you need to dash about like a lunatic, and haven't any choice but to lug your computer, make-up, sensible shoes, umbrella and all manner of other bits and bobs with you.
