Sometimes beautiful things can be found in the most unexpected of places. I'm not a massive fan of everything in the Plum Chutney shop, some of it's a little too garish for my tastes. But hidden in the mix of clashing bright patterns and throws are some really beautiful cushions.
This love bird cushion has caught my eye. I really like the bold colours on the white patterned background.
But it's the linen 'Haathgadi' cushions that I'm really fond of. Inspired by hand pulled rickshaws in Calcutta, they bold and bright designs look gorgeous printed on these cushions. And pink and lime green? Oooh, yes please. That's a mighty colour combination.
The cushions are screen printed by hand, as well as being handpiped and start at £30. I might not be a fan of all of Plum Chutney's designs, but I really do like these cushions.
