But I can't help be swept off my high heels by 41 in London. It's on the doorstep of Buckingham Palace, and it looks glorious. I want a hallway like that.

And when I've drunk too much and I'm a little unsteady on my feet, I'd really like to sleep in this giant bed. I might never get out again.
Of course, given the fabulous black and white decor, and the location on Buckingham Palace Road, this hotel doesn't come in cheap. It's about £350 for a night. But, they do offer 3-for-2 deals, and if you're lucky you'll get a last minute rate. But until I can afford to stay here (and justify it, given that Sluttery HQ is only 30 minutes away), I'll visit that beautiful dining room for drinks and pretend I'm on a fancy holiday. That's almost as good, right?
I need to figure out how to replicate the floor from that hallway somewhere in my maisonette. I think it may prove to be a challenge.
ReplyDeleteI stayed here for Valentines a couple of years back, it was superb.
