Snuggling up with West Yorkshire Spinners

I'm feeling a bit under the weather today which means I want all of the snuggly stuff. I mean all of it. I google blankets and duvets with ridiculously high tog counts. This fevered internet searching though led me to the West Yorkshire Spinners. When they're not making their own yarn for people with much more crafty flair than I, they make scarves, socks and blankets. I want all of these things.

If I had this mohair scarf, I'm pretty sure my sore throat would feel much better. It looks super snuggly. It's £16.

There's also nothing worse than cold feet adding to your misery. That's why you need these socks to warm them up and make you feel better. They're £7.50. The colours are pretty and they're made from wool from Bluefaced Leicester sheep. That's a silly name.

What I really want though is this blanket to hide under while I'm watching 'Murder, She Wrote'. Even the description says wrapping it around you means "warmth and well being". For £54, I can get on board with that, especially as I can snuggle under it when I'm not feeling poorly too.

Now I just need some magical soup and all will be well!

  1. Oooh I've been wanting a lush blanket to snuggle under for a while..... that one looks perfect until I finally make the patchwork one I've been planning on for too long.
