Time for Tea: Dammann Frères Tea at Flemings Hotel

Yesterday, Domestic Slut Gail and I headed to the launch of Front Room, a champagne and cupcake bar at Flemings Hotel in Mayfair. Yes, it really is as brilliant as it sounds - we can't wait until it opens next month so we can take our mums - and you can read our thoughts on it here.

What's clear about Front Room is the level of attention to detail taken. This probably explains why they chose Dammann Frères (no, I haven't heard of them either) to provide the beverage for their Afternoon Tea. And it's seriously good tea. I stuck to the Earl Grey, but I heard excellent things about the Vanilla.

Luckily for those of us who can't quite make it to Mayfair for Afternoon Tea, Dammann Frères sell their delicious teas online! All 3,200 blends! Usually I'd think having more than 10 flavours of tea is a bit gimmicky, but after trying yesterday, I've got my eye on the Christmas Tea.
