Shopping Heaven: Red Door

Red Door is one of my favourite shops in Greenwich. Of course, it's easy to spot from its red door, but you'd worked that out already, hadn't you? It has everything in it. Jewellery, ceramics, pretty things you don't really need (and you don't even know what to do with after you've bought them!) and a cute little puppy dog in the corner.

The shop works with local artists and designers to make the pieces here really special. They've also got a gallery out the back with some stunning work in. The gallery changes every so often so it's always worth popping in to see if there's something new in here.

Red Door is like the best of Greenwich all crammed into one teeny tiny shop. I buy my hand-printed notebooks from here and the staff and owners are lovely. There's nothing that's too much trouble for them. The only problem you'll find when you come in here, is where you're going to put all of the stuff you weren't planning on buying.
