When people say that they 'can't cook', I often think they don't buy the right ingredients. If you've got certain staples in your cupboard, you can whip up anything you fancy without very much effort. It's just about thinking in advance and being prepared. (Domestic Sluttery might have more in common with the boy scouts than we realised.)
Cressida Bell seems to agree, and she's made this poster for the cookery challenged amongst you (I spotted it over on India Knight's Posterous). She's picked three staples (tomatoes, beans and onions) and given you lots of easy recipes. Once you've got the basics in, you can make everything on the poster. Simple! Still don't think you can cook? Buy this for a tenner, and I bet you'll have loads of yummy dinners.
