Sluttishly Easy: Mint tea

I'm not a big fan of those 'tea infusion' things. They smell great, but they don't really taste of anything. But, mint tea is one of my favourite things. Because it does at least taste of stuff. And it's a pretty yummy way to end a meal - especially in summer.

Not that there's anything wrong with popping some Twinings teabags into the teapot, but if you wanted to push the boat out and make your own, you can do. It's pretty simple (after all, it is just making tea).

You'll need these things:

• Green tea (a teabag will do just fine)
• Fresh mint. About half a bunch.
• 500ml boiling water.
• 2-4 tblsp sugar

You'll need to do these things:

Boil the water, add the rest of the ingredients, stir and then pour into cute little Morrocan tea glasses.
