All I want for Christmas: Cool Coats

Its about time I got myself a new winter coat. It's going to be chilly for a few months yet, so here are my picks for the snuggliest winter ever. These aren't cheap, but you can pop them on your Christmas list and call them your 'main present'. Job done.

A divine red coat that doesn't look like a Christmas cliche in December?! Well done, Anthropologie. You've done the impossible. And you're charging £288 for your genius. Damn you.

This green coat from Almost Famous has a lining to die for. Of course, the only problem with that is that I'd prance about with it swinging open, and that wouldn't keep me very warm at all. It's £219.

Velvet is leaving everyone pretty much divided at the moment. I'm having a bit of a flirtation with the fabric, as long as it's not crushed or two tone. And in Oasis' hands, it's actually super pretty (although maybe steer clear of the dresses that look like they're from the 90s). This velvet coat is perfect and cosy and will have boys snuggling up to you all evening. And just £130.

This lace back coat is actually a little cheaper at £65 from ASOS, but it's no less pretty. The lace back is all corsety and sexy and you'll be wearing this right up to April showers. Which seems like forever away.

Wrap up warm!

  1. I bought that Oasis dress! Can promise it looks much better in the flesh! Wondering how to get my hands on that Anthropologie coat though... sadly I don't have a magic bank account.
