Win! Bunny Vase from Hannah Zakari
On the 7th day of Christmas, Domestic Sluttery gave to me, a Hannah Zakari bunny vase!
I adore these bunny vases from Hannah Zakari. I've written about them before so we're thrilled to be able to give one large one away (worth £35). Unless I steal him and keep him for yourself, you might be lucky enough to win! And then give to me as a present, yes? No? Oh.
So before I sulk because no one is buying me bunny vases, tell us in the comments who you'd give this vase to if you won! Would you keep him for yourself? Give him to your lovely other half? You little sister? Or me? Tell us in the comments!
We'll pick a winner at random tomorrow so make sure you keep your eyes peeled. We've got another competition tomorrow too. As always, you'll get an extra entry for retweeting and we're keeping the competition open until midnight so everyone has a chance to enter. But! If you've already won a 12 days of Christmas competition, don't enter again! That's not very Christmassy, is it?
Good luck!
The small print: The competition will close at midnight on 9th December. Don't worry if you don't win, there's lots more competitions. The winner must live in the UK as well, sorry overseas readers. Please make sure you leave your name so we know who you are! We're not allowed to enter our own competitions, but if we were allowed, we'd absolutely keep the little bunny vase for ourselves. We wish we could enter own own competitions. Humph.

If I won this I would give it to my sister-in-law! She is about to move into a flat by herself for the first time so would be a perfect addition to her new flat! And it would give Smudge the wonder rabbit good company when she is out!
ReplyDeleteIf I won I'd give it to @splodz as she's totally bunny mad, well, with her 2 cuties it's hard to blame her really! :-)
ReplyDeleteI would give it to my 16 year old daughter... she has decided to become a vet! This cutesy bunny wunny will keep her company in all the years she will be studying!
ReplyDeleteI would love this for my darling daughter to remind her of her childhood bunny, ( Charlie Wabbit ) who, sadly, legged it from his run one summers day, and was never seen again.
ReplyDeleteAs he shared the house with five teenagers, three cats, two hamsters and a guinea pig, I can't say that I blamed him. In fact, I often felt like doing the same...
I'd try to give it to my friend who has supported me over the last year as a Thank you, however it would be a test of my moral standing as it is so cute! deep inbreath No No I will give it to her a thankyou present if I got a chance!!!
ReplyDeleteI would give the bunny to my girlfriend.
ReplyDeleteShe's always on about getting a pet, So this way, she kinda gets the pet, and the house doesn't smell of straw and the other lovely 'animal scents'!
I'd give this cutie to my mum in the hope it can cheer her up. She's had tough year with myself, my brother and my dad all having serious health problems at some point. Plus, her birthday is on Boxing Day so she inevitably gets a combined xmas/bday pressie from folks and that's not fair at all!!
ReplyDeleteBUnny for Mummy is what I say!
OMG! I would give it to my husband, David. He's a sucker for ceramic rabbits (or squirrels, he's not fussy). Amazing! That would also mean that I was being sneaky as I would get to see it every day as well! Sally x
ReplyDeleteMy mum would freakin' love this! Cute yet classy, like the very first bunny of cute and class himself, Miffy (not like that stressy rabbit of Lewis Carroll fame).
ReplyDeleteJust take a look at my twitter picture (shewokeup) I AM this bunny. And that is why it must be mine. Oh yes, it must be mine.
ReplyDeleteBesides, now that I've seen it I'll have to buy it if I don't win.
If I won I'd give it to my new housemates as a housewarming presents (it's been mostly boys thus far... the pad needs a feminine bunny touch!)
ReplyDeleteI would like to give it to my Mum -but to be honest he's so cute I think I would find that hard!Yup I'm keeping it!She can look at it when she comes to my house. But no touching it mind.
ReplyDeleteIf I won the bunny vase I'd give it to my sister, as she's saving up to get her own place and this would cheer her up in the meantime =)
ReplyDeleteAs much as i would love to give this beautiful vase to someone else, in all honesty i'd have to keep it myself. I have a bunny tea set that this would go perfectly with. I can picture my table now with my bunny crockery laid out, piled high with cakes, a hugh pot of tea and the centre piece.....an adorable bunny vase with hand picked flowers in it. Perfect!
ReplyDeleteThis adorable bunny
ReplyDeleteMeans so much to me
To have it in my house
Would fill me full of glee!
I'm not allowed a pet
In my sharehouse made of three
So to stroke this little vase
Would mean a happy, happy me!
Ooh - I would have to give this to my old flatmate. Since I already gave her the little one, they would make a perfect set.
ReplyDeleteI would definitely give this to my mum - she has a thing about picking the first snowdrops every year and putting them in a vase, but it's soooo hard to find anything small enough for snowdrops - this would be perfect, plus mega cute!
ReplyDeleteI'd give it to my mum. She'd love it!
ReplyDeleteI would give it to my other half, as I call him"My hunnybunny";-)
ReplyDeleteI really want a dog
ReplyDeleteMy boyfriend wants a cat
My bestfriend wants a budgie
But we live in a little flat
The best idea i can come to
Would just be
to have a Hannah Zakari bunny vase
to lead to happiness for all three!!
I really want this vase and if i dont win it i will starve for a week and buy it myself haha! x
I'd give this to my girlfriend - she's begging and pleading for me to enter this competition so she can get her paws on it.
ReplyDeleteI would give this beauty to little Bella (my friends daughter) who will be 3 at the weekend. Her 'real' Rebecca rabbit has been *visiting friends in the allotment* for about a week now and it looks like she may have moved home for good.
ReplyDeleteAt least this new Rebecca rabbit could be kept in her bedroom, it wouldn't 'go off' visiting AND it would be a great pot for crayons until her mummy lets her have her own vase of flowers in her room.
xxx
I'd keep it for myself, cause my house bunny Schmokesby is staying with my sister while I decorate and I miss the little fella and his carrot munching loads!
ReplyDeleteHmmm... I think I'd give it to my best friend from Uni. She's just got married and I think it'd brighten up her new house a treat!
ReplyDeleteI think i would keep this for myself or give it to my mum because it is so adorably cute there is no way i would want to give this to anyone else other then perhaps my mum because she, like me has amazing taste and this is adorable!!!!!
ReplyDeleteIt would be very hard to give this much cuteness away but I think I'd have to give it to my mum - she adores things like this, and I'd be able to see it every time I popped round to visit (taking her flowers, of course).
ReplyDeleteI would keep it for myself because I collect bunny ornaments and real bunnys too, I dont think anyone I know would appreciate it more than me!
ReplyDeleteI would give this vase to my beautiful twin daughters who will be 2 next week! They would love this little guy in their room, with lots of pretty flowers in it. They love making bunny noises (boing, boing, boing) and jumping up and down! Would also remind us of our little bunny Jack who we had to rehome when we moved house, so it would be like having him back :)
ReplyDeletework hard every day of my life
ReplyDelete"I work till I ache my bones
At the end I take home my hard earned pay all on my own -
I get down on my knees
And I start to pray
Till the tears run down from my eyes
Lord - somebunny - somebunny
Can anybody find me - somebunny to love?"
sing along if you wish?
The bunny is so adorable - I'd give him to one of my best friends as she used to have a lovely big white fluffy bunny called Snowball :)
ReplyDeleteI would give this to my Mum. It's been a terrible year for her (she's been supporting my Dad through prostate cancer and her sister's just been diagnosed with breast cancer) and I'd love to put a smile on her lovely face again.
ReplyDeleteI'd give this vase to my mum. She's the most important person in my life and without her I'd not be the person I am today. She sacrificed her whole life to give me all the best and she's there whenever I need. So it's always good to remember her my love and dedication with a beautiful and simple gift like this. Thank you!
ReplyDeleteId give this vase to my sister as i think she owuld really like it and she alwasy gets me wonderful presents.
ReplyDeleteomg that's the sweetest vase I've ever seen, I think I'm in love
ReplyDeleteI would give it (reluctantly) to my sister who I know would love it too, she likes cute and quirky things and her room has a white theme so it would fit in perfectly.
I think I would have to give this to my housemate - her bunny died last year, and she loves cute ornaments, so this would be perfect!
ReplyDeleteI would keep it all for me because I really really want it! Other people can *look* at it - that's enough, right?
ReplyDeleteOh, I would love to say that I would give it to someone else but I would instead clutch it to my bosom and love it and hug it and call it George (to quote the abominable snowman when faced with Bugs Bunny. Tres appropriate, I do think.) because it is adorable.
ReplyDeleteActually, if I "gave" it to my flatmate, would that count? I could still clutch it to my bosom. *cough*.
Happness.
ReplyDeleteLaura had
Great Big
Lovely Daisies;
Laura had a
Great Big
Lovely Bunny Vase;
Laura had a
Great Big
Lovely Windowsill -
And that
(said Laura)
is
that.
I would give this to a lovely girl called Kathrin, singer with the fine band Belleruche. I am having kittens at the thought of preparing my first Christmas lunch - including the first meeting of my parents and the Chap's parents for added stress. And now the Chap has invited Kathrin along for lunch too, because her family are in Australia and she'll be on her own.
ReplyDeleteI can barely cope with having to re-order the joint of beef, source another chair etc etc let alone buy her a present. This would be PERFECT for her, as she is also super-cute and super-stylish.
I would love to say that it would be super gift for someone else, but once I had it in my hands I would probably fall in love with it and have to keep it with all my other special bits 'n bobs , , , could tell my son it was a secret agent bunny sent by the Easter Bunny to make sure he is eating all his fruit and veg :-).
ReplyDeleteAlethea
If i won this bunny vase i'd like to think i would give it to my little sister who turns 30 on Friday (twentyten softens the blow). She loves Miffy and i think this vase has a certain Miffy-esque quality to it. However, i feel i should keep it in my house because i love Miffy too and my sister has two little boys who might break the vase accidentally and i couldn't live with myself if that happened. I'll be happy to look after it in my house until the boys are old enough to be trusted with a beautiful object (they're 3 years & 6 months old so it might be a while).
ReplyDeleteThat vase is so cute! It would have to be prised out of my cold, dead hands before anyone else would get their grubby mitts on it! :)
ReplyDeleteWe have a cat who is the same shape as this vase (terribly lazy moggy) and who 'bunny hops' downstairs. We call her The Rabbit. The vase reminds me of her - I just love it!
I would give this bunny vase to my twin brother for his birthday coming up soon. He would find this bunny vase totally cool and cute and think where on earth did this hail from!! Never will he have seen such cuteness!
ReplyDeleteWe are born in the Year of the Rabbit so this would make the most apt and original gift!
I have one of these vases already so for my brother to have one would be just perfect and special ^o^
I'd give it to my friend who is in Japan at the moment, considering she is Polish and doesn't get to go back to Poland and her family for the whole year and then has to come back to the UK almost straight after, I think it would cheer her up.
ReplyDeleteAnd it would make me happy to see it in her room :D.
I would give this lvely little bunny to my sister. She is such a fan of kitsch and bunnies and this is the perfect mix of both!! :)
ReplyDeleteI'd give this to my friend Lydia who we always called bunny at university because of her all in one fluffy PJs that made her look like a little fluffy rabbit. She's had a really sad year and I'd like to give it to her so that I can give her a new flower every week next year to keep in it and to remind her that we all love her.
ReplyDeleteI would give this to my little girl, who could in turn leave it in our lounge! Seriously though she really wants a bunny for christmas and evil mummy won't let her have one. This one would be a lot easier to clean up after!
I would give this vase to my sister in law. She loves bunnies, and had a domestic bunny (yes, it lived in the house and was, more or less, toilet trained!) for many years but as she now lives in a school boarding house as a house mistress she isn't allowed to have any pets - this would be a perfect substitute!
ReplyDeleteI'd give this to my friend Sian as I know it would make her a better person and bring joy to her world. She really deserves it too.
ReplyDeleteOoo well as cute as the bunny vase is and would look fab on my desk. I would either give it to my oldest friend who has been with me through thick and thin over the last 23 years or my sister who has just had twins, one boy and one girl and would look sweet in their nursery :0)
ReplyDeleteOhh...SOOOO cute! I really hope to be the one to get it! I will give it as a family Christmas gift! And why would I do that? Well...because my family's surname means rabbit! He would look lovely as a family mascot :)
ReplyDeleteId put this vase in my little 2 year old girl summers room , as its such a pretty room if i say so myself, it would be perfect as i have little wooden lovehearts that would go inside!
ReplyDeleteI WON'T RABBIT ON (!) ABOUT WHO I MIGHT GIVE IT TO. SO LET-TUCE NOT BE IN ANY DOUBT, I'D BE COMPLETELY SELFISH AND GIVE IT TO MYSELF!
ReplyDeleteI'd give it to my mum for her to grown some yummy herbs in.
ReplyDeleteShe'd love it. I think I would have to buy my own though once I saw how cute it was :D
I'd give it to my little sister, because she's 22 but acts 14 and this would work for either age.
ReplyDeleteId give it to my new ma in law
ReplyDeleteShe loves wabbits so Im sure she would adore
This fab gift from Hannah Zakari
Its cute and kitsch and so unique
Id be the bestest daughter in law, it would work a treat!
In the spirit of christmas I would gift this to a VERY deserving friend. Shes been lusting after this vase for a very long time! :)
ReplyDeleteRT'd @Englishian
Tis the season of giving - and I wouldn't! It'd be mine, mine, mine! :)
ReplyDeleteI would give this big bunny vase to my 2 little bunny vases to share and she could be their bunny mummy xxx
ReplyDeleteCuriously I would give it to my ex!
ReplyDeleteI'd give it to Siany. SEE WHAT I DID THERE.
ReplyDeleteNik wins!
ReplyDeleteOh, apparently I'm not allowed to do that. Dammit.
I'd give it to my mum so she could sit it near the guinea pig cage and grown parsley and mint in it for the piggies. Can you imagine- the guinea pigs being in love with a mint producing bunny? Cute!
ReplyDeletei, like MunchKim would donate it to @splodz - she is the BIGGEST rabbit fan i know and would be over the moon with this! hope one of us gets lucky for her! x
ReplyDeleteOMG, I would have to keep him for myself, he is the cutest thing I have seen since my children were born!! I love, love, love anything to do with bunnies, in fact my house is known as The Warren!! He would have so many bunny friends if he came to live with me.
ReplyDeleteI would give it to my friend Zoe cause she loves bunnies and I think its really cute so am sure she would love it :-)
ReplyDeleteI would give the bunny to my wife who has a (slightly worrying) bunny fetish, our house is full of them, and, yes, I think they may be breeding. I would get so many brownie points for this I would be made up for the year!!
ReplyDeleteA certain bunny crazy tweeter would love this prize! I would give it to @Splodz x
ReplyDeleteI would give this beauty as a christmas present to myself.I have worked terribly hard this December and have put out my back.Im also hitting 30 next month and hey im worth it.
ReplyDeleteoh it would also match my freshly painted front room and have pride of place
I would give it to my two little girls, Poppy and Lois - because they are beautiful and deserve beautiful things...
ReplyDeleteI would def keep for myself, and put it well out of reach of the clumsy hands of my two year old, so I could admire its lovliness for ever and ever :)
ReplyDeleteOhhh...how cute...would give it to my identical twin sister (annuca)...We come from Malta, where our surname Fenech means rabbit...I would give her this rabbit to remind her of myself and cheer her up whenever she is lonely in London and needs some support.
ReplyDeleteCecilia
To my best friend she just collects rabbits and has all manner of pictures, tea towels, bags jewellery etc, this would make a fab gift.
ReplyDeleteI'd give this to my friend who is bunny mad and has two lovely cuddly bunnies. She would absolutely love it
ReplyDeleteRetweeting @ali991
I would give your ickle bunny to my colleague Jenny who is retiring soon. She has two real bunnies who she adores, she even has them as her screensaver! She is constantly buying sheepish things for another colleague who is a collector so it would be nice for her to have something nice back!
ReplyDeleteI'd give it to our little one - expecting our little bundle of joy to arrive any day now, and the bunny vase would look gorgeous in our nursery :D
ReplyDeleteMy pathetic nickname for my other half is bun-bun, so it's kind of meant to be. I think it would be a lie to say I'd give it to him though; after all, I never buy him flowers and his manly cactus wouldn't work with it. I guess it would just have to be mine... sigh.
ReplyDeleteOh, there's no use me pretending, I couldn't bear to part with the little fellow if he fell into my clutches. I would bring him with me to work which is miserable at the moment, and he would make my trip here worthwhile!
ReplyDeleteI would give this to my husbands cousin, Jo.
ReplyDeleteShe isn't very well at the moment and is off work sick waiting for an operation on her back. I know she is feeling down with Christmas on the way what with her only receiving sick pay at the moment and worrying about being able to afford household bills let alone gifts! It also looks like she might be stuck in bed rather than joining us for lunch this year too :(
I am sure this little cutie would cheer her up a little!!
Unwanted bunny wabbit in need of a new home, you say? I can offer a very good home to a cute little bunny!
ReplyDeleteI'd keep it for me! Moving into a new place in the New Year and he'd be perfect :-)
ReplyDeleteIts very cute, i probably give him to a friend who likes cute bunny type things....them again maybe not!
ReplyDelete@baasgoesthesheep
I would be selfish and keep it for myself but occasionally I'd share it with my bun and put herbs in it for him to nibble!
ReplyDeleteI'd give it to my sister. When we were growing up I collected pig ornaments/toys and she collected rabbits. It meant no-one had to think very hard what to get us for presents! We both stopped collecting after a few years and just kept a few special ones. When we both had kids we stopped buying each other presents, I'd love to surprise her with this lovely bunny!
ReplyDeleteAaaw he's gorgeous, I'd just have to keep him for myself - is that mean? Nah he's too cute to give away, he'd miss me, it would be cruel ;)
ReplyDeleteI would keep it for myself and add it to the big one and little one I already have to create a little family of Mummy, Daddy and baby bunny :)
ReplyDeleteI'd give this to *moi!*
ReplyDeleteActually my mum might like it,
its so cute!
Maybe we'll share it..... *looks guilty*
I'd keep it for me - too cute to give away!
ReplyDeleteIf I were to win this I would give this to my best friend without a doubt. She is absolutely rabbit mad! No matter what the problem is just cuddling her rabbit makes her feel better and anything with rabbit print / shape is a win. I wouldn't just give it to her because she is addicted but also because I'm moving out of the country for a while and it would be something to look at and remember me by hopefully!
ReplyDeleteI'd give it to myself of course! I've cleared a space on the mantelpiece...he'd look so cute there. Please let me win! :)
ReplyDeleteI would keep it for myself. Now I know it exists, my house feels cold and uneasy without it.
ReplyDelete*shudder - eyeing the room nervously*
I'd give it to my mum to add to her menagerie. She has china cats and dogs, a clay parrot (?), a painting of two fluffy sheep, several miniature crystal mice, to name but some. I'm sure she'd love an impossibly cute porcelain rabbit to add to the mix.....
ReplyDeleteIf i gave this away to somebody else I would have to cajole my poor boyfriend into buying one for my bookshelf. For his sake I think it would only really be fair if I kept this cute little bunny all for myself!
ReplyDeleteCeleste
xx
me! me! me! (because I'm worth it!)
ReplyDeleteI love it but i would reluctantly give it to my twin as she is in love with bunnys. her and her boyfriend call eachother bunny. so i think it would be very fitting if i gave it to her.
ReplyDeleteAlison xx
If I won the bunny vase I would give it to my mum because I love her and I know she would really love it.
ReplyDelete
