Pretty pink swallow oven glove

I have a bit of a history with oven gloves (it's a long story but suffice to say it ended up with an appearance on watchdog). When it comes to this area of the kitchen I completely admit to being, well, a bit picky. I want something that won't fall apart after a week, or burst into flames, but nor do I want something boring. The perfect glove most certainly puts the fun into functional, as I am sure you will all agree! Which is why I love this little wonder from the lovely people at House of Fraser.

I spotted it whilst flicking through the rather brilliant August issue of SHE magazine. Brilliant why? Well, they've managed to put together an entire issue where nothing is over £50. Not a sausage. How good is that? I tend to get really annoyed when I spot a pair of trousers for £8,000 or a belt for £750 in a magazine that costs less than a cupcake so I am a big fan of SHE now!
